OFQUAL LEVEL 3 CERTIFICATE IN ASSESSING VOCATIONAL ACHIEVEMENT (RQF)
Acquiring Assessor qualifications enables you to assess Ofqual-regulated qualifications in your chosen field, whether it be beauty or aesthetics. If you aspire to establish your own academy, beginning with the Assessor qualification is an excellent starting point. It equips you with the essential processes needed to set up and manage your center effectively. Initially, you can consider outsourcing an Internal Verifier to streamline operations. As your academy flourishes, you should advance to the role of Internal Verifier and even promote one of your teachers to become an Assessor, facilitating the organic growth and expansion of your academy.
