Revival Skincare Products Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@revival-skin.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 313-315 Caledonian Road, Islington, London, UK, N11DR.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Revival Academy London – Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Revival Academy London, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and ensuring a smooth and fair booking process for all our learners and models. To maintain professionalism, fairness, and availability, the following cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms apply to all courses and model appointments.
1. Course Bookings & Payments
A deposit is required to secure any course or model appointment.
Deposits are deducted from the final balance, which must be paid before or on the day of training, as instructed by the academy.
Course Deposit Amounts:

CPD Courses: £100

Ofqual Courses: £500
Full course fees must be paid prior to attendance.
2. Learner Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancelling or Rescheduling 14+ Days Before Your Course

Full deposit refunded.

Free reschedule.

Reschedule requests added to the Waiting List (first come, first served).

Verified medical emergencies qualify for full refund or free reschedule at any time.
Cancelling or Rescheduling 7–13 Days Before Your Course

50% of the deposit refunded.

Rescheduling available via the Waiting List.

Verified medical emergencies qualify for full refund or free reschedule.
Cancelling or Rescheduling Less Than 7 Days Before Your Course

The deposit is non-refundable.

3. Withdrawal After the Course Start Date
If a learner chooses to withdraw from a course after the official course start date, the following applies:

A 50% withdrawal fee, based on the total cost of the course, will be charged.

This covers ProQual fees, assessment fees, and academy administrative costs.
-
Withdrawal fees apply to both CPD and Ofqual-regulated courses.
This is separate from the deposit terms and applies from the moment the course begins.
4. No Refunds After Course Completion
Once a learner has completed their training, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

Change of mind
-
Dissatisfaction
-
Inability to complete assignments
-
Personal circumstances
This applies to all CPD and Ofqual courses.
5. Model Appointment Policy
Model Appointment Deposit
All model appointments require a deposit equal to 50% of the treatment price.
Deposits secure the booking and are deducted from the final balance.
Cancelling or Rescheduling 72+ Hours Before Appointment

Full deposit refunded.

Free reschedule.
Cancelling or Rescheduling Less Than 72 Hours Before Appointment

Deposit is non-refundable, unless supported by medical evidence.

Reschedule requests within this timeframe are added to the Waiting List.
6. Waiting List Policy (Learners & Models)

Operates on a first come, first served basis.

A slot is not guaranteed.

You will be notified once a space becomes available.
7. Medical Emergency Policy
To qualify for a medical exemption, valid evidence must be provided (GP letter, hospital note, prescription, or appointment confirmation).
When confirmed:

Learners: Full refund or free reschedule at any time.
-
Models: Full refund or free reschedule at any time.
Without evidence, standard policies apply.
8. Refund Method
Where a refund is approved:

It will only be issued to the same payment method and account used for the original booking.

Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds cannot be transferred to another person or different account.
9. Academy Rights
Revival Academy London reserves the right to reschedule or cancel training in exceptional circumstances.
If the academy cancels:

A full refund will be provided, or
-
A free transfer to another available date will be offered.
10. Agreement
By booking a course or model appointment with Revival Academy London, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
