The Mastermind Behind Revival
Revival is more than just a business to me — it’s the very heartbeat of my life’s work.
It began as a single tiny room in a leisure center with a £500 investment, and over the past 30 years, it has grown into a global brand. Revival has been a sanctuary where my soul has been nurtured and allowed to grow — a place where high energy flows, seemingly guided by unseen guardians who have supported us through challenges, empowered our students, and uplifted our team in times of need.
Along this journey, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to develop skills that have helped many newcomers in the industry find their feet and ultimately build their own successful businesses. Sharing that knowledge — and watching others thrive — has been one of my greatest rewards.
Today, my passion lies not only in growing Revival but in evolving it — from our professional training to the launch of the Revival Skincare brand, crafted for both professionals and consumers. Changing the way skincare is used and understood is the challenge I currently embrace. None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of my loyal sons— true pillars of strength and the bedrock of our success.
And now, as we look to the future with a global vision, my other steadfast son, Alex and Rocco my other pillar of strength continues to champion our mission and help me drive it forward.

Skincare-Centric
On their arrival, Rocco passionately crafted seven facial procedures utilizing the complete range. These were then imparted to our students at the Revival Academy, who introduced them to their own clientele.
As we transitioned our reception area into a skincare-centric space, Sophia stepped up. She spearheaded the 'home facial' concept, educating a diverse range of clients. With tools like our skin analysis machine, she personalized each client's skincare journey, elevating their experience and product value.
Witnessing our clientele's overwhelming response and the surge in product sales in such a competitive market landscape has been both enlightening and affirming. This entire endeavor has not only solidified my faith in our offerings but also validated the impending investments in time and resources.

The Heart and Soul of the Revival Brand
Every element of the Revival brand has been a collaborative effort, meticulously shaped from ideation to realization.
Our journey began with Daksha's meditative insight. From a moment of clarity, she charted out vital ingredients for specific skin conditions, which eventually laid the foundation for our three distinct skincare lines. With these ideas in tow, Daksha approached our seasoned Korean skincare scientist, Jang Igho, whose 42 years of expertise had previously given life to our earlier range. Their combined acumen, after months of refinement, bore the ideal formulations.
Michela, our education lead, spearheaded the rigorous six-month testing phase, with many of our loyal customers partaking. Lloyd, with his strategic mindset, ensured we captured every step on video, driving us forward to the design and production stage, leading to our inaugural batch.

30 Years in the making
Over three decades, I've pioneered four salons and two training schools. This journey, though challenging, has equipped me with unparalleled expertise. Initially, I sought to uplift my clients through beauty, aesthetic, and holistic healing. Later, I found joy in guiding industry novices, helping them sidestep pitfalls I once encountered. The pinnacle of my achievements? Witnessing young women, who once grappled with self-belief, now helm successful ventures, even training institutes. Their success stories, partly woven with my guidance, fill me with immense pride.
Now, heeding my inner calling that's been persistent for a decade, I'm poised to embark on an international chapter. It feels like a culmination of 30 years of meticulous preparation.
I'm fervently confident, with an intuition words can't encapsulate, about revolutionizing the global skincare and aesthetics domain. With my remarkable brand collaborators Alex and Simone, and the dedicated Revival team, we're primed for greatness.
Together, we aim to uplift and guide entrepreneurs echoing our passion, providing them with the roadmap to manifest their vision of an exemplary skincare and aesthetic enterprise.
