Anti-wrinkle Injections
Our go-to solution for tackling expression wrinkles, like those on the forehead, around the eyes, and on the jaw and neck, is anti-wrinkle injections. These treatments smooth out wrinkles by relaxing the muscles that cause them, helping to prevent new ones from forming. The specific approach we take depends on what you're looking to achieve and how deep your wrinkles are. When performed by our skilled practitioners Daksha, Sarah and Rocco, who bring years of experience, a creative touch, and a deep knowledge of facial structure, the results are natural-looking and that still feels like you.

PRODUCTS USED FOR ANTI-WRINKLE INJECTIONS
AZZALURE
Azzalure contains botulinum toxin A, which causes muscles to relax. Azzalure acts at the junction between the nerves and muscle to prevent the release of a chemical messenger called acetylcholine from the nerve endings. This prevents muscles from contracting. The muscle relaxation is temporary and gradually wears off between 3 to 6 months depending on the severity of your muscle movements.
Having tried and tested many products over the years, Azzalure stands as our best choice for anti-wrinkle injections for many reasons. It is suitable for the temporal region, jaw, neck and underarm. Azzalure lasts. Results are quick, with initial improvements visible in just a few days and the full benefits apparent within two weeks.
The Treatment Process
CONSULTATION
If you are a first time client, you will need to book a face to face consultation with our prescriber, before we can carry out your treatment.
Our therapist will also conduct an evaluation of your concerns and go through the benefits, risks and complications of having the treatment and recommend it.
This consultation is also important to guide you on how to achieve your desired outcome and work out a treatment plan of possible treatments that could complement the Mesotherapy treatment.
PRE TREATMENT ADVICE
It is advisable to avoid flying for 72 hours, and drink alcohol for 24 hours, prior to treatment.
Try not to schedule any gym sessions or heat treatments straight after your treatment.
POST TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Most of these aftercare instructions help you to minimise ptosis (eyedrop).
Don’t lie flat for 6 hours after.
When working on the computer or phone for a long period, raise it to eye level until the botox has taken effect, 5-7 days.
Don’t have eyebrow waxing or threading for 72 hours.
Microblading should be carried out before the botox or after 6 weeks.
Don’t have any microcurrent, radio or high frequency facials during the time you have botox at all. It will negate its effects and wear out in a matter of days

FAQ
What should I expect during and after the treatment?
The procedure is quick, usually taking about 20-30 minutes. It involves a series of small injections into the targeted facial muscles. Discomfort is minimal and brief, often described as a quick pinch. After the treatment, you can return to your normal activities immediately, but you should avoid rubbing the treated areas for 24 hours to prevent spreading the product. Side effects, if any, are usually minor and can include temporary bruising, swelling, or redness at the injection sites.
What happens if I have asymmetry on 1 side of the forehead?
Don’t worry, if Asymmetry occurs, there are 2 options we can take, leave it if it is not so prominent and it should adjust itself to normal, otherwise we will add a product on the side that is moving and fix that.
If I have ptosis, what should I do?
It is a possibility for this to happen, and most people that have botox regularly, at sometime may have experienced it. There is very little we can do to fix this, time is a healer, and it should go within a few weeks. On very rare occasions, however, we can use the micro current machine for 10 minutes and negate the effect. If you take this approach, the botox will wear out fast.
Why do we need to see your prescriber?
In the U.K it is currently a regulation that the prescriber does a face to face consultation and assesses the client's medical history before he writes their botox prescription for the next few treatments.
What should I do if I find that the botox hasn't been taken at all?
You have had 1 syringe injected in the first treatment, if it still requires more, we would advise you to wait 4 weeks and then come in for a top up. Cost of the top up is £50.
Can the botox be reversed like fillers or if it is frozen?
No, you have to wait for the effects of the botox to wear out. Moving the muscles if you can, will speed up the process. In rare instances we can use the microcurrent machine to re-educate the muscles
